This is a Historical Elvis Presley Nashville Banner Front Page Plate, August 17, 1977. The plate used to press the front page of the August 17, 1977, edition of the Nashville Banner daily newspaper, featuring coverage of Elvis\’ untimely passing on the day before. Approximately 500 were possibly created in honor of Presley\’s passing by the Nashville Banner Newspaper (no longer in publication), this is the front page printing plate for the Elvis Presley Death issue, dated August 17,1977. This metal print is an original production from the United States and is embossed with a contemporary advertising theme. The lithography technique used to create this print dates back to 1977, adding to its unique and historical value. Amazing excellent condition as shown. You will not find a nicer one out there. Ready for unique custom framing.
